This British Socialist Government

(UK) The people currently in power in the UK are socialists (watch and worry, US) and as such are filled full of bright ideas which appear to come from the mindset of 13-19-year-old students. In fact, I'll take that back, as even students aren't as blind as the current people in power.

So what bright gems have Labour come out with:

Well, they hate border controls, and under their watch they abolished them, and now are paying the price of a rise in right-wing nationalism in the UK due to unbridled immigration.

They have insisted that everybody will go to University, so now we had thousands of unemployed people who have degrees in hairdressing, travel agency and family support studies, along with a huge debt from student fees and a very acute lack of apprentice trained builders, plumbers, carpenters (which is why Eastern Europe is such a godsend).

Under Labour, they have banned smoking but legalised Cannabis (since revoked).

They introduced 24-hour drinking and have seen a huge rise in alcohol related problems such as alcoholism in children, diseases, hospital admissions due to fighting, and of course deaths.

They have spent millions on combating child pregnancies only to find that those who have attended the course are more likely to become pregnant.

They have spent billions on reducing class sizes only to see them rise.

They have spent billions on the NHS only to see conditions worsen.

And then we have the Armed forces.

So on their watch, we have stopped making Tanks, stopped making Helicopters, laid up our aircraft carriers, are selling fighter jets which are only just coming into service, and reduced the size of the army with more cuts around the corner.

Labour is pro-CND. (Yup, that CND which on its website says Iran has a right to nuclear power.) When Labour came to power, they reduced the size of the British nuclear deterrent to under 160 warheads. Fine, I can live with that. But now Brown is talking of reducing our nukes even further as an incentive to Iran and North Korea not to go down that road.

The last time a British Prime Minister spoke about peace in such a manner, war broke out in Europe not long after.

Mind you, with Brown allowing Sharia law to creep into the UK, Iran won’t have any problems when it takes over the running of the country from Labour.

Good job I have a Muslim name.
