The law is an Ass

(UK) A young mother has been jailed for stabbing her daughter in the stomach.

Just another example, I suppose, of how far the UK had fallen. That is until you read up on the facts. You see, the young mother is a Bangladeshi who was brought over for the sole purpose of being a mattress for a British based Bangladeshi Muslim.

Since she arrived in 2007, she wasn't allowed to work, wasn't allowed out on her own and was totally reliant on the husband's family for all her needs, and thus was effectively tied to the kitchen of her in-laws home. Of course she objected to her treatment (or should that be incarceration?) at the hands of her in-laws which in turn lead her to argue with her husband, and 8 months after she gave birth, her husband turned up one day with a one-way ticket back to Bangladesh and a court injunction that prevented her from taking the child out of the UK. That night he also brought round a solicitor (lawyer) in which to enforce onto her that she had lost big time and there was nothing she could do about it.

Acting as the dutiful Muslim wife, she shut her mouth and asked her husband to make some food for the baby. While he went away to do so, she stabbed the baby once with a knife in the stomach.

Today she was jailed for the act of doing so and was told by the judge that she will never see her daughter again.

Hang on.

While I won’t defend any woman stabbing her child, the fact remains, this woman was forced to do by the disgusting and oppressive treatment that was meted out on her by the laws of the Islamic faith. While this woman deserved to go to prison, I would have also jailed the husband and his family in which to send this message that the oppression of women from abroad under the aegis of Islam has to stop.

Instead, Sharia-friendly England allowed the husband and his family to oppress yet another woman.

But then why am I surprised at how the judge acted on this case? In 2002 he jailed a man who stabbed a man to death after finding him burgling his house, and last year he jailed a young thug for 4 years for murder. And handed a 4-year sentence to a terrorist last January. But a young lady who is unable to speak English in the UK and forced to leave the UK without her baby daughter is jailed for 5 years after she stabbed her child because her world had collapsed around her.

I'll leave you with the words of the judge:
'The mercy is that your daughter has made a complete recovery. The child will stay with her father's family and it is most unlikely that you will see your daughter again.'
You left out 'Allah Ackba' in that closing statement, judge.
